Not much really, about 10-15 mph at the top end IIRC. While Indycars might get laughed at sometimes, they are still quite sophisticated pieces of machinery (sure not as much as F1/P1) and at that extreme end, the differences in speed at the top end are going to be minimal. Pretty sure F1 cars can out-accelerate them like nobody's business though.

Yeah, I mean the money isn't as huge in indy car so I wouldn't expect it to be equal. As close as it seems though, I'd say is pretty impressive given budget and that they are pretty spec in indy car.
